Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data this site processes, why and how. It is written under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). If you are in the EU or EEA, you have similar rights under the GDPR.

Who is responsible

What data is processed

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address, the topic you pick and your message. The form reaches me as an e-mail and is kept in my mailbox.
• Abuse prevention: when you send the form, your IP address is used briefly on the server to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your message.
• Free tools: amounts, IBANs, tax IDs and files you enter are processed in your browser. None of it is sent to a server.
• Stored in your browser: your theme preference and, in some tools, the values you enter are kept in your browser’s local storage. They never reach the server. The site uses no cookies.
• Server logs: Hostinger, which hosts the site, keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser details) for security and operations.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used to reply to you, understand what you need and prepare a proposal, which is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Server logs and rate limiting keep the site secure, based on legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Sharing

Your data is not shared with anyone and is not used for marketing. The site and e-mail are hosted on Hostinger’s servers outside Türkiye, so form messages are stored on e-mail servers abroad.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept as long as your enquiry and any work that follows need them, and deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask for deletion at any time at the address below.

Your rights

You can ask whether your data is processed, request details, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know who it has been shared with, have it corrected or deleted, object to a decision made solely by automated means, and claim compensation for unlawful processing (KVKK Art. 11).
