Email signature generator
A company email signature you can paste into Outlook or Gmail, and that looks right on phones too.
Your data never leaves your browser and is never stored.
After copying, paste it in Outlook under File → Options → Mail → Signatures, or in Gmail under Settings → General → Signature.
How to use it
- Enter your name, title, company and contact details.
- Pick a colour. The preview updates live.
- Press “Copy signature” and paste it into the signature settings of Outlook or Gmail.
How it works
The signature uses what email clients support best, tables and inline styles, so it looks the same in Outlook, Gmail and on phones. Phone and email become clickable links. Instead of an image logo it uses an initials badge, which never breaks when images are blocked.
