Manual tasks
If several people are involved, add up everyone’s time.

Results use only the numbers you entered. The payback period assumes the whole task is automated; if part of it stays manual, it takes longer.
How to use it
- Add a row for each manual task: how often it happens per month and how many minutes it takes.
- Enter the hourly cost, or work it out from the monthly cost.
- Monthly and yearly hours and cost update live. Optionally enter a budget to see the payback period.
How it works
Only your own numbers are used: time = count × minutes, cost = time × hourly cost. To turn a monthly cost into an hourly one the tool divides by 225 hours, the divisor used in Turkish labour law (7.5 hours × 30 days). Treat the result as an estimate of time you could win back, not as a promised saving.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find the hourly cost?
Divide the employee’s total monthly cost to you (gross pay plus employer contributions) by 225. Choose “Monthly” in the tool and it does this for you.
Will automation bring this to zero?
Usually not. Human steps such as approvals and checks remain. Read the result as the most time you could win back.
Are my numbers stored?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing is sent or saved. Reloading the page brings back the sample values.
