How it works
Turkish e-invoices and e-archive invoices travel as XML files in the UBL-TR format. The tool reads the file in your browser: supplier and customer (tax ID, tax office, address), invoice number, ETTN (UUID), scenario and type, line items, VAT and withholding, totals and payment details. Nothing is uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I get the XML file?
From your e-invoice provider’s or the GİB portal’s inbox and outbox, usually via “Download XML”. Some give a ZIP, and the tool opens the XML files inside it too.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read in your browser and never sent to a server.
Can I open many invoices at once?
Yes. Pick several files and you get one table with each invoice’s number, date, supplier, VAT and total, downloadable as CSV.
Does this view replace the official invoice?
No. The official document is the XML file itself. The tool just makes it easier to read and export.
