I automate the repetitive work of small and mid-sized businesses.

Approval flows, Microsoft 365 and Power Automate automations, ERP and e-invoice integrations, company websites. Below you can run a purchase approval yourself.

Taking on new projects for November 2026

What I do

For businesses that run on Microsoft 365 but still move work around by e-mail and Excel.

Sound familiar?

Common problems in small and mid-sized businesses, and what they look like once automated.

Example flows

Each example comes with a working model. Run it and see how it works.

  1. Customer requests in one listsample project

Requests from WhatsApp, e-mail and the web form land in one list. The customer gets a number right away, the request goes to the right person, and the lead is alerted if nobody picks it up in time.

    Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint

    Run the model
Working modelHow does no customer request get lost?Sample data. The model shows how the project works.
    Which request comes in?

Every request gets a number and the customer gets an instant “we’ve got it”. If the assignee doesn’t pick it up in time, it goes to the team lead.

    Flow log

    1. Request in, customer got a number
    2. Topic and priority set
    3. Assigned to the right person
    4. Alert to the lead if time runs out
    5. Answered and closed

  2. From order to shipmentsample project

When an order arrives, stock is checked on its own. A short line goes to purchasing, sales makes the call, and the picked order leaves with an e-waybill while the customer gets a message.

Power Automate, Logo / Mikro ERP, Excel

    Run the model
Working modelHow does an order get shipped?Sample data. The model shows how the project works.
    Which order comes in?

Lines are checked against warehouse stock. If something is short, a purchase request opens on its own, and the customer hears about any new date in advance.

    Flow log

    1. Order received
    2. Stock checked
    3. Short line: purchasing and a decision
    4. Picked in the warehouse
    5. Shipped, customer notified

  3. Automatic processing of incoming invoicessample project

Invoices arriving by e-mail are read and checked against the order. Matching ones are posted to the ERP on their own, differences go to accounting for approval, and duplicates are caught.

    Power Automate, Outlook, AI Builder

    Run the model
Working modelHow is an incoming invoice processed?Sample data. The model shows how the project works.
    Which invoice arrives?

If the invoice differs from the order it goes to accounting for approval. The same invoice is never posted twice.

    Flow log

    1. Invoice arrived by e-mail
    2. PDF read
    3. Checked against the order
    4. Accounting approval (if different)
    5. Posted to ERP or returned

  4. Leave requests and team calendarsample project

Leave is requested from a form. Balance and team calendar are checked on their own, and the manager approves in Teams. Calendar, balance and HR records update.

    Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams

    Run the model
Working modelHow does a leave request move?Sample data. The model shows how the project works.
When does Emre want time off?

Requests over the balance never reach the manager. If a teammate is off on the same days, the manager sees a warning.

    Flow log

    1. Request form filled
    2. Balance and calendar check
    3. Manager approval
    4. Calendar, balance and HR updated
    5. Employee notified

How I work

Four steps, from the first call to support after launch.

  1. Intro call

A free 30-minute call. I listen, and if I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so.

  2. Proposal

Scope, timeline and a fixed price in writing. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

  3. Build

A link to a working version every week, so you always see where things stand.

  4. Launch & support

I ship it and record a short walkthrough. Fixes are free for 30 days.

Questions people ask

What usually comes up in the first call.

Is our Microsoft 365 licence enough?

Most approval flows are built with the Power Automate that comes with Microsoft 365 business plans. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Approvals are standard connectors. Connecting straight to an ERP database or calling a custom API may need a Power Automate Premium licence. We work out which applies in the first call.

Where does our data live?

Flows built with Power Automate and SharePoint run in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and the data stays there. You grant the access needed for the setup and can remove it when the work is done.

We use Logo, Mikro or Netsis. Can you integrate with it?

In most cases, yes. The route depends on your version and licence: the official service (API), the database, or file transfer. In the first call I look at your version and tell you which one fits.

How are price and timeline set?

By scope. After the intro call I send the scope, timeline and a fixed price in writing. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

What happens after launch?

I record a short walkthrough when it goes live. Fixes are free for the first 30 days. After that, we talk if you need more.
