What I do
For businesses that run on Microsoft 365 but still move work around by e-mail and Excel.
Approval flows
Purchase, leave, expense and contract approvals happen in one click in Teams or Outlook. They reach the right person based on amount, and every decision is recorded.
Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint
Microsoft 365 automation
Filing Outlook attachments, building reports from Excel, and everything moved by hand between SharePoint and Teams.
Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams
Power Apps & internal apps
Request forms, simple apps for the field and warehouse, and panels teams use from one screen.
Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse
ERP & e-invoice integration
Approved orders landing in the ERP, invoices issued on their own, no more data copied by hand between systems.
Logo, Mikro, Netsis, e-invoice/e-archive
Reporting
Numbers gathered by hand every month are ready every morning. Sales, stock and approval times on one dashboard.
Power BI, Excel
Notifications
Order status to customers, approval results to staff, a daily summary to managers: by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail.
WhatsApp Business, SMS, e-mail
Company websites
Fast, findable sites that never lose an enquiry from the contact form.
Astro, SEO, form integrations

Build
A link to a working version every week, so you always see where things stand.
Launch & support
I ship it and record a short walkthrough. Fixes are free for 30 days.
Free tools
From VAT and withholding to IBAN checks, the tools businesses need every day. No sign-up, no install, and your data never leaves your browser.
Questions people ask
What usually comes up in the first call.
Is our Microsoft 365 licence enough?
Most approval flows are built with the Power Automate that comes with Microsoft 365 business plans. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Approvals are standard connectors. Connecting straight to an ERP database or calling a custom API may need a Power Automate Premium licence. We work out which applies in the first call.
Where does our data live?
Flows built with Power Automate and SharePoint run in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and the data stays there. You grant the access needed for the setup and can remove it when the work is done.
We use Logo, Mikro or Netsis. Can you integrate with it?
In most cases, yes. The route depends on your version and licence: the official service (API), the database, or file transfer. In the first call I look at your version and tell you which one fits.
How are price and timeline set?
By scope. After the intro call I send the scope, timeline and a fixed price in writing. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
What happens after launch?
I record a short walkthrough when it goes live. Fixes are free for the first 30 days. After that, we talk if you need more.
